Your CRM includes an Automation feature called Workflows, which helps connect it to other applications. If you have any questions or issues with automations, your CRM provider should be your first point of contact—they're the experts on how everything works. You can find their support contact details within your CRM. However, if the connections managed by TNT-Integration aren’t working as expected, our team is here to help. Both teams are dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly for you.

For best results
For best results, run the Health Check before contacting support. The Health Check is available in the Diagnostics option of the Simpro Integration app. If it identifies issues and either fixes them or advises how to fix them, please follow those instructions and re-run the Health Check to confirm the system is healthy. Instructions on how to access the Simpro Integration app and run the Health Check are shown below.

How to Run a Health Check ⬆
Once you are in the Simpro Integration app, choose the Diagnostics option, and then click on Run Health Check
The Health Check expected results are shown below. It will either be a list of successes or it will show if problems were found and fixed as in the two examples below.
